Turn Agworld plans into financial forecasts in minutes
When you link Agworld with Figured, your farms, fields, planned operations, and input cost data flow seamlessly into Figured. Farms and fields are imported; planned activities from Agworld become forecast cost invoices in Figured Crop Seasons.
Because Figured treats Agworld as the “source of truth,” any updates you make in Agworld, to farm structure, products, operations or field plans, will sync over automatically (via daily sync) or can be triggered manually.

How do I set up my Agworld - Figured integration?

Go to Figured → Settings → “Agworld Integration” and follow the setup wizard. You’ll log in with your Agworld credentials, choose which Agworld company to connect, then map farms & fields (or match to existing Figured properties), set up Crop Seasons, and import products & operations. Finally, link your Agworld plans to Figured Crop Seasons. Once done, your Agworld data will begin flowing into Figured.

What data flows from Agworld into Figured?

The following data flows into Figured:
- Farms and Fields: Figured imports your Agworld farm/field structure (or optionally maps to existing Figured properties/fields).
- Planned Activities / Field Plans / Jobs marked as “Planned Activity” in Agworld: these become forecast cost invoices in Figured.
- Products and Operations definitions used in Agworld, so Figured can build accurate cost forecasts.

Limitations:
- The integration only pulls Planned Activities (from Field Plans or Jobs). It does not pull Work Orders, Recommendations, or Actuals from Agworld.
- Field area history is not preserved; Figured only pulls a single area per field (based on the “current season” logic). If fields are edited in Agworld, those changes will reflect (per the area-logic), but Figured does not build a historical area log. This can lead to discrepancies if field boundaries or areas change over time.

Will updates in Agworld automatically sync to Figured?

Yes, after setup Figured syncs daily with Agworld. Any changes made to farms/fields, crop plans, products or operations in Agworld will be pulled through automatically. If you need changes immediately reflected (before the next automatic sync), you can manually trigger a sync via the integration setup in Figured.

What are the eligibility requirements for the integration?

Eligibility requirements include:
- On the Figured side: you need a subscription that includes operation trackers (“Rolling Plan” or similar with trackers enabled).
- On the Agworld side: you must have a paid Agworld subscription.
- The Figured-integration feature must also be enabled for your account (via contacting the Figured team).
