Now improved: Product Usage Detail Report, and now available: PHI Status Report

By Collin Scheer

Accurate and detailed reporting is a core part of Agworld, and we’re excited to now offer both the updated Product Usage Detail Report and the new PHI Status Report. The Product Usage Detail Report is a critical report for many farming operations who use it to show their compliance with standards such as GAP and many other best practice programs. The Product Usage Detail Report takes the guesswork out of meeting compliance standards and simplifies audit requirements by providing enhanced details and transparency on your growing practices, giving you the confidence you need for inspections and internal reviews.

The new PHI (Pre-Harvest Interval) Status Report shows you exactly when each field is ready for harvest and is critical for both growers and their advisors, especially those working with high-value or tightly regulated crops. The PHI Status Report in Agworld provides a clear, consolidated view of harvest readiness across all fields and farms. Instead of manually looking through map views or checking fields individually, you can now access this information as a single report to understand which fields are harvestable today and when other fields will be ready.

New: Optional Comments Field

Every farm is unique, and now your product application records can reflect that. The new comments field allows you to add custom notes for each product entry, providing context and clarity for your internal teams, auditors, or agronomists. This is a simple yet powerful way to capture the “why” behind each application, right alongside the “what,” “where,” and “when.”

New: Input Category Filtering

Need to isolate only fertiliser use for a seasonal nutrient audit? Or perhaps review adjuvants applied to a specific field? Now you can. The report allows you to filter by input category, so you can quickly drill down to the product(s) that need your attention. Whether you’re preparing compliance reports or reviewing your season, you are able to focus on the important information.

Improved Formatting

We’ve made the report easier to interpret by repeating farm and field information for every recorded activity. No more jumping between pages or cross-referencing entries, you now get a clean and readable reports that are ready to present.

Enhanced GAP & PHI Compliance

For farming operations working under GAP certification, tracking Pre-Harvest Intervals (PHIs) is essential. Each product in the report now clearly shows its own PHI, making it easier to verify and prove compliance.

We’ve also retained the ‘Earliest Allowable Harvest Date’ summary based on the most restrictive PHI, helping you plan harvests with confidence while minimising risk.

Instantly know which fields are harvest-ready

The PHI status report shows you the PHI status of every field in one place, and will clearly show you whether a field is currently under PHI restrictions showing you which fields are safe to harvest today.

Plan ahead with confidence

By knowing the earliest allowable harvest date for every field, you’re able to plan ahead and get your harvest crew lined-up for the correct date. This helps you optimize harvest schedules and manage your logistics. It also helps you reduce the risk of non-compliance or harvest delays.

Designed for scalable farm management

The PHI status report is a consolidated report that covers multiple farms at once, and includes essential field and crop metadata for context. You are also able to export the report as CSV or PDF for easy sharing and planning.
