We've recently made an exciting feature available to customers who use Agworld on their iPhone or iPad in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa: Dynamic Calculations. This was already available in Agworld on the web (if you login through your computer) and in our USA app, but we've now been able to extend this to AU iOS users too. This update gives growers, agronomists and sprayer operators a quicker and smarter way to plan, mix, and manage spraying activities in the field, without having to go back to the office first.

With Dynamic Calculations, your Agworld mobile iOS app automatically updates calculations in real time as you create or adjust activities, helping you make decisions with greater accuracy and confidence.

Dynamic calculations introduces a new level of responsiveness to your Agworld workflow. As you add fields, adjust treated areas, or modify rates, Agworld dynamically recalculates totals, so you always know exactly what's being applied, where, and how much.

Here's how it works

• Automatic field and activity totals: As fields are added to an activity, total field area and activity area are displayed at the top of the list. These figures update instantly when you adjust treated areas or make partial applications.
• Live treated area tracking: When you specify skips, bands, rows, or percentages, Agworld dynamically calculates and displays the treated area alongside total and activity acres, keeping you fully aware of coverage and rates at all times.

Instant Rate Conversions

Dynamic Calculations also simplifies how you manage input rates. When adding a product, you'll see equivalent rate conversions update automatically as you enter your desired rate and unit of measure. This means no more manual calculations or guesswork; Agworld shows you equivalent totals and amounts on the fly, helping you make quick adjustments for common on-farm scenarios:

• Rounding product amounts to match packaging sizes
• Adjusting tank mixes to avoid half or partial measurements
• Balancing total rates across dry and liquid applications

Behind the scenes, Agworld's calculation engine manages the complex relationships between mix methods, application types, and rate units, giving you clarity and precision even in multi-input mixes.

After you've added your inputs, dynamic calculations continues to support you with clear summaries:

• Input-level breakdowns: See equivalent rates and totals under each input, helping double-check accuracy.
• Context-aware details: Agworld highlights whether your activity is liquid or dry and adjusts rate displays accordingly, ensuring consistent, transparent reporting.

Dynamic calculations has been a popular addition for U.S. users since its initial web and iOS release, and it's great to now see it become available for AU & NZ users as well. There's no need for a new app download; dynamic calculations work automatically in your existing Agworld mobile app.
