Now available: add and manage your Licenses in Agworld

Keeping track of licensing just got easier for growers, agronomists, and advisors in Australia, New Zealand and beyond.

We know that staying compliant with agricultural regulations is critical for everyone working in the field, from small growers managing ChemCert renewals to large agribusinesses employing licensed staff across multiple states. That’s why we’re bringing Agworld’s proven license management functionality, already used in the US, to support our users in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

This update introduces a complete license management system within Agworld—so you can now add, view and manage essential certifications like ChemCert, Growsafe, Agrichemical Certified Handler, and other state-specific permits all in one place.

Simplify Compliance for Growers and Advisors

Whether you're a solo operator or work as part of a large organisation, keeping track of certifications is essential, and it is now built into your existing Agworld workflow. You can add licences directly to a user's profile and view all key information, including start and expiry dates.

Licences are displayed exactly where you need them: on user profiles, in job assignments, and in all relevant reports, making it easy to confirm compliance, avoid lapsed licenses, and reduce paperwork.

Tailored for AU and NZ Requirements

This update supports a broad range of local certifications across all states and territories. Common licence types such as ChemCert, Growsafe, and state-specific pesticide applicator permits are now fully supported.

Need to apply a licence nationally? Agworld assigns national licences across all states by default, saving you time and effort when managing staff or advisors working in multiple regions.

Scalable for Larger Teams and Enterprises

If you manage a larger team, Agworld's licence management system grows with you. In addition to individual licences, you can also record company licences where relevant, and include licence details in your custom reports.

The workflow has been built to match our existing US licence tools, so if you're working across multiple countries or already familiar with the Agworld US system, you'll experience a consistent and reliable interface.

Need to add a new licence type for your team? Your Agworld Customer Success team can help you get set up quickly and efficiently.

Built-In Validation and Workflow Integration

Licence requirements are shown at the right moments in the workflow, so you’ll see alerts when a required licence is missing or expired before it’s too late. This helps minimise risk, ensure safety, and make regulatory audits easier to prepare for.

From planning to execution, you have the visibility and control needed to manage compliance without extra admin.

Available Now

Agworld’s licence management system is now available for all paid users across Australia and New Zealand. So, whether you’re a small grower keeping track of a few certifications, or a large operation managing a group of staff with a range of licenses, Agworld helps you stay compliant without the hassle.
