Activity Sync Settings for mobile

We've introduced Activity Sync Settings, giving mobile users more control over what activity data is downloaded to their device.

For users managing multiple clients, seasons, or large volumes of historical data, mobile sync can become slow and bandwidth-consuming. This new feature allows you to tailor your sync preferences to match your workflow, improving both sync performance and usability.

What's new:

• Choose what activity data syncs to your device
• Configure settings during initial login or update them anytime from the mobile app
• Set preferences on a client-by-client basis
• Available sync options include:
  • All Activities
  • Recent Seasons Only
  • No Plans
  • Nothing (disable activity syncing for a client)

By reducing unnecessary data downloads, you can achieve faster sync times, improved app performance, and a more streamlined Agworld mobile app experience. Redesigned Relationships Page

We've also delivered the first phase of a major improvement to the Relationships page, making it easier to understand and manage the people connected to your business.

The updated design provides a clearer view of both internal and external relationships by organising connections in a more intuitive way.

What's new:

• Separate views for 2nd-party and 3rd-party relationships
• Relationships grouped by company for easier visibility
• Role-based organisation showing who is connected and what access they have
• Helpful tooltips explaining the functionality enabled by each role
• Internal employees moved back to the Employees page to reduce clutter and simplify navigation

These improvements make it much easier to quickly understand who has access to your business, where they are from, and the roles they perform within your Agworld environment.

The second phase of this project is already underway and will introduce enhanced relationship management tools for company and external administrators.

This next phase will build on the redesigned interface to make relationship management even more efficient for larger organisations and teams.
