The team at FarmReady are constantly making improvements to their products, and last week they released the following enhancements:

Upload Machine Photos

Your team can now see what each machine looks like directly through Bolt. Upload photos of your machines so your crew can quickly identify and visually confirm they're working with the right equipment.

How it works: Machine photos appear right where your team expects them - on the QR Code page for each machine and when viewing jobs, inspections and defects in the app. Visual confirmation helps your crew feel confident they're looking at the correct piece of equipment.

Getting started: Adding your first machine photo takes just a few steps. Go to the Setup page and click on the Machines list. From here, select the specific machine from your fleet, and upload a photo directly to that machine's profile.

Once you've uploaded a photo, it's instantly available. Your team can see exactly which machine they're working with, whether they're starting a daily inspection via the QR code, or triaging a defect in the app.

Upload Service & Operator Manuals

Your team can now access machine manuals directly through Bolt. Upload operator guides, service manuals, and technical documents so they're available when your crew needs them most.

How it works: Manuals will show exactly where your team needs them - on the QR Code page for each machine and when working on a job. No more hunting through filing cabinets at the workshop or waiting for someone to bring the right manual to the field.

Getting started: Adding your first manual takes just a few steps. Go to the Setup page and click on Manuals. Upload your file, then customize the name and description to make it easy for your team to find.

Finally, assign the manual to the relevant machines in your fleet. Once you've assigned a manual, it's instantly available. Your team can access it whenever they're working with that machine, whether they're troubleshooting an issue or need to check operating procedures.
